10-17-17 marian university approves new officers, board of trustees

Marian University recently re-appointed existing members and appointed a new member to its Board of Trustees, as well as appointed a slate of officers for the 2017-19 term.  Current Board of Trustee members Todd Butz, Chief Financial Officer, MEC Inc.; Troy Schill, Director of Marketing & Sales Analytics & Operations, Grande Cheese Company; and Justin Smith, President/CEO, C.D. Smith Construction, Inc. were all appointed to a second three-year term, and Tony Ahern, Executive Vice President of Fabrication & Operations, J.F. Ahern Co. was appointed to a third three-year term.  John Pfeifer, President of Mercury Marine, was appointed to a first three-year term on the Board of Trustees.   Officers for 2017-19 are: Chair—Sr. Hertha Longo, General Treasurer, Congregation of Sisters of St. Agnes; Vice Chair—Lacey Sadoff, Executive Vice President, Badger Liquor Co. Inc; Treasurer—David Klumpyan, Principal Owner, Klumpyan Consulting LLC; Secretary—Troy Schill.   Rounding out Marian University’s Board of Trustees are: Richard Baker, President, Baker Cheese, Inc.; Jack Bodman, President, Vienna Beef, Ltd.; Sr. Mary Noel Brown, Executive Director of Sponsorship, CSA Sponsorship Ministry; Terri Emanuel, Owner/Operator, The Goldsmith; Deborah Heller, Realtor, Roberts Homes and Real Estate; Sr. Julie Ann Krahl, Higher Education Consultant; William Lamb, Chief of Police, Fond du Lac Police Department; Patricia Miller, Owner, Culver’s Restaurants; Thomas Petri, Retired Member, U.S. House of Representatives; Erin Rademann, Co-Owner, Partners by Design & Fine Furnishings, Inc.; Stephen Recca, Executive Director, Center for Human Security, University of Colorado; Darold Treffert, Author and Psychiatrist, St. Agnes Hospital; and Marian’s President, Dr. Andrew Manion.   Marian University was founded in 1936 by the Congregation of Sisters of St. Agnes in Fond du Lac, Wis.
