todayOctober 29, 2017

The teacher who was brutally beaten by an inmate at Wisconsin’s juvenile prison says the person tabbed to be the new interim superintendent at the prison never contacted her after the assault. Pandora Lobacz says John Paquin was at the prison the day she was assaulted.  Paquin was the Wisconsin Department of Juvenile Corrections administrator prior to his appointment last week.  “He didn’t even take the time to come across the hall to check on me,”  Lobacz told WFDL news.    Meanwhile Lobacz is continuing her recovery, is seeing a neurologist  and still has a heart monitor.  Lobacz says she wants to talk with Governor Scott Walker about conditions at the prison.  Walker has yet to visit the prison which has been under federal investigation for nearly three years and the subject of multiple lawsuits.
