The City of Fond du Lac Water Utility has scheduled bi-annual citywide unidirectional water main flushing to begin on Monday, October 16th, 2017. The schedule for the flushing is as follows: Monday – Northeast Section, Tuesday – Southeast, Wednesday – Southwest and Northwest. 10-10-17 man rescued from corn silo

Fond du lac police say foul play is not suspected in the death of a man found at Lakeside Park.  Police were called Monday to a report of a 78 year old man reported missing.   The man’s daughter told police he was going for a  bike ride in the park and didn’t return.  Police found the man unresponsive on the ground in the park.
