The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the death of a person struck by a train in the Village of Lomira.   The incident was reported at about 11:50 pm Sunday west of Industrial Drive, north of the grade crossing at CTH HH.  The Canadian National Railroad train was northbound on the tracks at the time the person was struck. The Fond du Lac County Sheriff's Office says a 62-year-old man strangled his 27-year-old daughter before killing himself with a knife.  Sheriff's officials released details of the deaths Saturday after the local coroner completed autopsies for Dr. Mark Whitmore and Julia Whitmore.
