MADISON, Wis. (AP) — The head of Wisconsin’s economic development agency says the full board will have access to a proposed $3 billion contract with Taiwanese manufacturer Foxconn Technology Group before voting on it. The Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation’s board will vote on the contract Wednesday. After mounting public pressure, agency chief executive Mark Hogan issued a letter Friday saying board members will see the contract Monday. It will be available to the public after it is signed.
