A rollover crash in Fond du lac County sent a 20-year-old Fond du Lac man to the hospital with serious injuries. The crash happened early Saturday morning on Highway 175 near County Highway F. The Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office says Taylor Bresnvan was southbound on 175 when his vehicle left the road, rolled over and struck a tree. Bresnvan was flown by helicopter to the hospital. The Sheriff’s Office says speed and alcohol were factors in the crash.

A house fire near New Holstein claimed the life of a child. Shortly after 2am Wednesday firefighters were called to the scene on Honeymoon Hill Road near County Road T. A child in the home was pronounced dead at a hospital. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
