To the Fond du Lac County Veterans community and their dependents/survivors:
The company that we have our electronic veteran database program through will be performing mandatory server maintenance and upgrades. This means that between 7pm CST, Friday, December 22nd and 7pm CST, Friday, December 29th, we will not have access to any of our veterans’ electronic files. Since our veteran records are now electronic, this will have a significant impact on our ability to effectively serve you during that week. We will still be open for our veterans and dependents, but we won’t be able to access your records. If you do not require immediate assistance for a year-end issue, we ask that you come in the week of December 18 through the 22 between 8am and 4:30pm or wait until January 2nd of the new year. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. The company we work with picked this timeframe because it statistically is the slowest week of the year and therefore the least inconvenience to their customers. We ask for your patience during this time. Thank you.
Our office hopes you all have a safe and happy Christmas and New Year’s.
Best regards,
Rick Patton
