The Fond du Lac Municipal Service Center says winter hours are going into effect Friday for the City’s Bulky Waste Drop-Off Site. Effective December 1, the Drop Off site will be open from 9am to 3:15pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday and closed the rest of the week. There is a $20 fee for a single use of the site or a ten use pass for $175.
Marian University is hosting Military Appreciation Night Friday night during the men’s hockey game. Admission is free for military personnel with ID. General admission is free if you donate five canned food items or paper products. Donated items will go to Salute the Troops Warrior House, a transitional living facility for male veterans.
