1-26-18 ethics commission leader

todayJanuary 26, 2018

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — The state Ethics Commission has decided to hold off on addressing whether to reappoint its leader after the state Senate refused to confirm him. The Ethics Commission voted 5-1 Thursday to leave Brian Bell’s position open and readdress things at its Feb. 21 meeting. The commission has 45 days to fill the post. If it doesn’t meet that deadline, the Legislature can pick a new administrator.
