1-22-18 tavern fire in brothertown

Firefighters are battling a fire at a tavern in Brothertown in Calumet County.    Firefighters were called to the Bobber Inn on Highway 151 between Harbor and Indian Roads shortly before 4am Monday for a report of the tavern fully engulfed in  flames.

1-22-18 fdl county sheriff’s deputies busy arresting drunken drivers

1-22-18 waupun apartment kitchen fire

Nobody was injured in an apartment kitchen fire in Waupun over the weekend.  When firefighters arrived at the Mayfair Apartments on  Fraser Lane, Saturday evening the building’s sprinkler system had already put out the fire.  The fire was contained to a stove, microwave and nearby kitchen cabinet.   The fire chief says combustibles placed on top of the stove started the fire.
