2-19-18 careless use of smoking materials starts small fire

2-19-18 ice storm warning down graded to winter weather advisory

Snow, sleet and freezing rain are making travel challenging on this Presidents Day.  An ice storm warning has been downgraded to a winter weather advisory for several central Wisconsin counties including Fond du Lac, Dodge and Sheboygan counties this evening through tomorrow afternoon. MILWAUKEE (AP) — Records show that Wisconsin had its fewest bankruptcy filings in a decade last year.   U.S. Bankruptcy Court figures show that filings decreased to 16,769 in 2017 from 16,835 in 2016. MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Police now say several newborns were injured in an intensive care unit at a Wisconsin hospital.  Authorities earlier said there were "several unexplained injuries" in the newborn intensive care unit at Meriter Hospital in Madison.  Madison police spokesman Joel DeSpain said the injuries involve "several" infants.
