The children’s room at the Fond du Lac Public Library will be closed for several days starting Monday so new carpeting can be installed.   It is expected to reopen by Sunday, February 25. During the closure, staff will be on hand to search for and retrieve anything the public needs. 2-16-18 woman charged in milwaukee house fire that killed daughter

Prosecutors say a 31-year-old Milwaukee woman who was working at a Fond du Lac strip club is facing charges for the death of her 1-year-old daughter in a Milwaukee house fire.  The Milwaukee District Attorney's Office says in charging documents Thursday that Quintella Owens left her three children alone while she went to her job in Fond Du Lac. 2-16-18 fdl high school jazz clinic

Juilliard Jazz Director Jerome Jennings works with students in Fond du Lac High School’s Jazz One as a part of the Fond du Lac Jazz Clinic.  Eight high school jazz bands from around the area participated in the day-long educational and performance workshop held on Saturday, February 10, 2018. The event, coordinated by FHS band directors Matt McVeigh and Chris Barnes, culminated in an evening performance with seven guest artists.
