2-28-18 woman questions mother’s investigation in 1980s baby deaths

MILWAUKEE (AP) — The daughter of a woman who confessed to killing three infants decades ago says she doesn't understand why investigators didn't make an arrest in the 1980s.  Ami Brunka turned in her mother, Nancy Moronez, in 2015 after she said she told her that she suffocated her brother. 2-27-18 fdl police looking for man who fled traffic stop

Fond du Lac police are looking for a man who fled following a traffic  stop.     The incident happened around 11:30pm last night.  The driver pulled into a driveway on Maona Avenue near the Fairgrounds and fled on foot.   Police arrived and set up a perimeter and searched the area.  The car was towed from the scene.

MILWAUKEE (AP) — Two Wisconsin labor union locals are suing to overturn Gov. Scott Walker's signature collective bargaining law.  Locals 139 and 420 of the Operating Engineers of Wisconsin say Act 10 violates their rights to free speech and free association under the First Amendment. MADISON, Wis. (AP) — A national Democratic group led by former U.S. Attorney Eric Holder has filed a lawsuit against Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker for not calling special elections in two vacant legislative districts.  Attorneys for the National Redistricting Foundation filed the lawsuit Monday in Dane County Circuit Court.
