A Milwaukee man wanted in Fond du Lac County for a sexual assault has been taken into custody. The Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office says Tory Agnew was arrested Monday in Milwaukee. He is charged in Fond du Lac County Circuit Court with second degree sexual assault.

Nobody was seriously injured in a chain reaction crash on Interstate 41 in Fond du Lac County. Sheriff’s captain Ryan Waldschmidt says five deputies were conducting a traffic enforcement detail on 41 near County Highway B when the crash happened. Waldschmidt says during one of the stops on northbound 41 two deputies were searching a vehicle for possible drugs and dash-cam video captured the chain-reaction collision.
