Fond du Lac police took a man into custody at gunpoint following a domestic incident at a Fond du Lac apartment complex. Police Chief Bill Lamb says officers were called to the Maplewood Commons apartments on Pioneer Road and Martin Avenue late Wednesday afternoon to a report of a man threatening family members. “Several officers responded, established a safe perimeter around the area and were eventually able to make contact with the subject and he was taken into custody,” Lamb told WFDL news. No shots were fired. Lamb says a child in the apartment was reported to having difficulty breathing, apparently as a result of the incident, and was transported to the hospital.3-28-25 waupun common council postpones action on pay raises
