One of two men charged in the shooting death of a Fond du Lac man has pleaded not guilty. Twenty three year old Jesse Schultz entered the plea to a charge of first degree intentional homicide at an arraignment hearing in Fond du Lac County Circuit Court Wednesday. Twenty two year old Devon Neuman earlier pleaded not guilty to the same charge. Schultz and Neuman are charged in the September 23 shooting death of Logan Foster in a parking lot across the street from the Press Box tavern on Forest Avenue.
