The Downtown Fond du Lac Fest-of-Ale is a night of sampling beers and other malt-beverages while exploring the businesses of downtown on Friday, April 13 from 4-8 p.m. Tickets for the event feature several variations: “Team Brewksi” tickets offer a souvenir glass and a flight of 10 beers, ales, porters, stouts and other hoppy-brews over the course of the evening. “Team Malternative” tickets also come with a souvenir glass and a flight of 10 hard seltzers, sodas, ciders and even mead. Special VIP tickets are available until April 1 and include a “team” t-shirt and the chance to win a downtown gift basket. Also new this year, a designated driver ticket includes a “responsible party” t-shirt and complimentary alcohol-free drinks and snacks at select locations. 350 tickets and additional event details are available at www.downtownfdl.com/fest-of-ale. On the day of the event, tickets are redeemed at the Downtown Fond du Lac Partnership office where attendees are ID checked and receive a wristband with tear off tabs, their souvenir glass, and the map of participating locations.
