3-21-18 sun prairie woman sentenced to prison for dealing heroin in dodge county

A Sun Prairie woman is going to prison for dealing heroin in Dodge County.   Judge Steven Bauer sentenced Rozanne Sobrevilla to seven years in prison and four years extended supervision. Sobrevilla pled guilty to Manufacture/Deliver Heroin in December 2017.  Investigators say Sobrevilla sold $1000 worth of heroin to a police informant during two sales in Beaver Dam.

3-20-18 fdl high school football star participating in all star charity game

A Fond du Lac High School star football player has been selected to participate in the Wisconsin Football Coaches Association All-Star Charity football game.    Defensive end Garret Sphatt was one of several players from across the state nominated by their coach to play in the game.   In return the players have to raise at least $750 in funds for Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin and Sphatt's goal is $5000.    "I  […]

3-20-18 fire displaces fdl family

Nobody was injured in a fire that damaged a Fond du Lac home that was divided up into apartments.  Shortly before 5pm Monday fire crews responded to 30 E. 10th St.  lower unit and found a fire in the kitchen.  The fire was quickly extinguished but not before the fire caused smoke and heat damage to the unit.  As a result, the home is uninhabitable until repairs are made.  There […]
