The city of Fond du Lac is assisting  C.D. 4-12-18 city of fdl applying for grant to replace ash trees lost to eab

The city of Fond du Lac is applying for a grant to replace ash trees lost due to  the Emerald Ash Borer infestation.  Parks director John Redmond says the city  is asking for  nearly $7,400 in grant money to  plant 44 trees this fall.   The funding is distributed through the Bay Lakes Regional Planning Commission and requires a 25 percent match.
