A Fond du Lac man was seriously injured in a one vehicle crash over the weekend. Fire destroyed a barn in Fond du lac County. Early Saturday morning firefighters were called to the Gary and Jamie Lawson residence at W11766 CTH T in the town of Springvale. A dog, two pigs and 30 chickens died in the fire. There were also hay bales in the barn. The cause of the fire is under investigation but does not appear to be suspicious.

Nobody was injured when an SUV collided with a train in Dodge County. The crash happened Friday afternoon on the railroad crossing at Cross Street just east of Highway 26 in the town of Burnett.
