SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (AP) — Two people have died and two others have been injured in a single-vehicle crash in Sheboygan. Police say the driver apparently lost control of the vehicle which crashed into a tree and a parked car on the city’s south side Wednesday morning. Veeser says two people were pronounced dead at the scene. Two others were rushed to the hospital.

A house fire near New Holstein claimed the life of a child. Shortly after 2am Wednesday firefighters were called to the scene on Honeymoon Hill Road near County Road T. A child in the home was pronounced dead at a hospital. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
