One person was transported to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries following a shooting incident in Fond du lac. It happened Tuesday afternoon near the D&D Tavern in the area of Division St. and Lincoln Avenue. Police say a 25 year old Fond du Lac was treated at St. Agnes Hospital for a gunshot wound to the leg. Police have identified the suspect as Mohamed Elmdahti. A temporary felony arrest warrant has been issued for Elmhdati’s arrest for Attempted 1st Degree Intentional Homicide and Armed Robbery. Elmhdati was last seen driving in a newer model Ford Escape, grey in color with a bug shield on the front with 2 circular designs or “eyes” on it. No further information on the suspect vehicle registration is known at this time. Elmhdati should be considered armed and dangerous.
