The Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office is continuing its investigation following a high speed chase. The Sheriff’s Office posted on it’s Facebook page that the chase started Wednesday morning after a deputy attempted to stop a Toyota Tacoma pickup in the area of CTH B and CTH V in Eden. The vehicle fled northbound on CTH V and the deputy continued in pursuit until reaching the city of Fond du Lac limits where the pursuit was terminated at CTH V and USH 151. The vehicle was last seen heading east on Pioneer Rd. from CTH V. The vehicle had no license plates on it and was driven by a younger male. Sheriff Ryan Waldschmidt says detectives continue to follow up on leads. He says anyone with information is asked to call the Sheriff’s Office or police.
