3-16-19 two dodge county huber walkaways arrested

Two  work release inmates who failed to return to the Dodge County Jail earlier this year are  in custody.  The Dodge County  Sheriff’s Office says 36 year old Connie Smiley and 39 year old Jennifer Peterson were arrested this week.   Smiley disappeared  January 30 after failing to return from a preapproved appointment in Juneau.   Smiley was serving a 160 day Huber sentence at the Dodge County Jail for Contempt of […]

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Wisconsin Gov. Tony Evers has declared a state of emergency for much of the state as heavy rain and melting snow flood roads, fields and communities.  Evers issued the declaration in an executive order Friday afternoon.
