The intersection west of Scott Street and Van Dyne Road is currently closed due to a water main break. The area was previously closed due to flooding and the closure will remain in effect throughout the day today. Traffic is able to travel north on Van Dyne from Scott Street; however unable to travel east or west from the intersection.
Fond du Lac Emergency management officials are warning motorists not to drive around the barricades blocking flooded streets. Emergency management director Bobbie Hicken says the barricades are in place because the roads are dangerous for motorists.
