(AP) — The state Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection isn't saying whether he thinks his agency should take over regulating deer farm fencing from wildlife officials.  Deer farm fencing has become a hot outdoors topic as the state grapples with chronic wasting disease. MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Democratic Gov. Tony Evers has ordered the replacement of derogatory or offensive terminology from state administrative code.  Evers issued the order Tuesday. It essentially replicates what Republican lawmakers were trying to do with a bill making its way through the Legislature.  Evers ordered replacing the term "mental retardation" and all its derivatives with the phrase "intellectual disability." A new study lists Fond du Lac as one of the top cities in its population category to be a police officer.  The group Safety.com lists Fond du Lac the second best city with a population under  125,000 to be a police officer, behind Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.
