Nearly two weeks after flooding displaced hundreds of Fond du Lac residents Governor Tony Evers toured  flood damaged areas of the city Tuesday.   The governor met  with local officials at the Fond du Lac Fire Station on South Main Street and toured a private home damaged by the flood on North Lincoln Avenue.  This was governor Evers’ first visit to Fond du Lac since being elected governor.

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Wisconsin wildlife officials are getting ready to set harvest limits for the 2019 elk hunt. Current regulations allow an elk season if herds in the Clam Lake and Black River regions reach 200 and 150 animals respectively. The agency is using 211 elk as the Clam Lake population number. That translates to a quota of 10 bulls.

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Wisconsin Supreme Court candidate Lisa Neubauer is outpacing Brian Hagedorn in fundraising as the April 2 election nears. Neubauer said Monday she has raised $860,000 over a six-week period that ended March 18. Hagedorn raised $747,000 over the same time period.
