One incumbent has been re-elected and two newcomers were elected to the Fond du Lac city council in Tuesday’s election.   Incumbent Brian Kolstad was the top vote getter among six candidates vying for three seats on council with 3859 votes.  “I’m honored to be able to serve again for another two years,”  Kolstad told WFDL news.  Alicia Hans was elected with 2750 votes and Dan Degner received 2702 votes.  In the village of North Fond du Lac,  Chuck Hornung and Ann Price were elected village trustees.  Hornung,  the former village administrator, received the most votes with 457.  Price edged out John Duffy by just three votes.
