An Eden man is charged in an alleged pull tab scam at several bars in the Madison area. Police say Charles Percy is charged in Dane County with forgery and bail jumping. He is accused of using counterfeit pull tabs at several bars in Monona and Sun Prairie. According to a criminal complaint Percy cashed in pull tabs that had been falsified by placing stickers over losing rows on the tickets. The charges carry a maximum sentence of more than 13 years in prison and $40,000 in fines. The bail jumping charges stem from separate charges of possession of methamphetamine in Fond du Lac County and possession of marijuana in Dodge County.3-28-25 waupun common council postpones action on pay raises
