WASHINGTON (AP) — President Donald Trump is laying bare what he sees as the differences between Democrats and Republicans. Ignoring the White House Correspondents’ dinner, Trump told a rally Saturday in Green Bay, Wisconsin, that Democrats should change their party’s name to “the Radical Left Democrat Party.” He called the GOP “the party of all Americans.” Meanwhile, Historian Ron Chernow told the correspondents’ dinner that relations between the press and the president don’t have to be “steeped in venom.”

A house fire near New Holstein claimed the life of a child. Shortly after 2am Wednesday firefighters were called to the scene on Honeymoon Hill Road near County Road T. A child in the home was pronounced dead at a hospital. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
