County Road V from Pioneer Road to Fond du Lac Avenue
Schedule: April 2019 through September 2019
Description of work: The project includes reconstruction of the water main and services and partnership with Fond du Lac County for new storm sewer, street, pedestrian trail, and lighting.
April 29 th to May 3 rd : The contractor will be installing water laterals and continuing water main installation south of Pioneer Road. County crews may begin storm sewer work on CTH V north of Pioneer Road.
Traffic impacts: County Road V will be closed to through traffic. Residents, business owners, and customers may access properties past “ROAD CLOSED – LOCAL TRAFFIC ONLY” signs. It is illegal to drive past a “ROAD CLOSED”  sign or to move any construction barricades. Parking is not permitted on the street during working hours.
Project Detour: Fond du Lac Avenue to Martin Avenue to Pioneer Road.
East Cotton Street from North Park Avenue to McKinley Street
Schedule: May 2019 through September 2019
Description: The project includes reconstruction of the sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, street, and lighting.
April 29 th to May 3 rd : Alliant Energy’s subcontractor will be working in this area for gas main and service relocation.
Traffic Impacts: East Cotton Street remains open to traffic.
McKinley Street from Rose Avenue to Stow Street
Schedule: May 2019 through September 2019
Description: The project includes reconstruction of the sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, street, and lighting.
April 29 th to May 3 rd : Alliant Energy gas main and service relocation work has started and will continue for a few weeks. The subcontractor is installing new gas main under the sidewalk and then connecting new services for the residents.
Traffic Impacts: McKinley Street remains open to traffic.
Stow Street from McKinley Street to Roosevelt Street
Schedule: May 2019 through September 2019
Description: The project includes reconstruction of the sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, street, and lighting.
April 29 th to May 3 rd : Alliant Energy gas main and service relocation work has started and will continue for a few weeks. The subcontractor is installing new gas main under the sidewalk and then connecting new services for the residents.

Roosevelt Street from Rose Avenue to Arndt Street
Schedule: May 2019 through July 2019
Description: The project includes reconstruction of the sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, street, and lighting.
April 29 th to May 3 rd : No work at this time.
Traffic Impacts: Roosevelt Street remains open to traffic.
Marquette Street from Arndt Street to McWilliams Street
Schedule: July 2019 through October 2019
Description: The project includes reconstruction of the sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, street, and lighting.
April 29 th to May 3 rd : No work at this time.
Traffic Impacts: Marquette Street remains open to traffic.
Grove Street from Superior Street to South Military Road
Schedule: April 2019 to June 2019
Description: The project includes reconstruction of the sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, street, and lighting.
April 29 th to May 3 rd : The contractor may be removing pavement, driveway approaches, sidewalk, grading and placing gravel base.
Traffic Impacts: Grove Street will be closed to through traffic. Residents, business owners, and customers may access properties past “ROAD CLOSED – LOCAL TRAFFIC ONLY” signs. It is illegal to drive past a “ROAD CLOSED”  sign or to move any construction barricades. Parking is not permitted on the street within the construction zone  during working hours.
Tompkins Street from Superior Street to Termini
Schedule: April 2019 to June 2019
Description: The project includes reconstruction of the sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, street, and lighting.
April 29 th to May 3 rd : Contractor will begin water main on Monday and start setup for the sanitary sewer bypass on Friday. The bypass will run west of the railroad tracks to Grove Street and then Grove Street down Superior Street past Tompkins St. The public should avoid the pumping hoses and equipment. Alliant Energy electric will relocate a few power poles the gas service relocation work is completed.
Traffic Impacts: Tompkins Street from the railroad tracks to Superior Street will be closed to through traffic.  Residents may access properties past “ROAD CLOSED – LOCAL TRAFFIC ONLY” signs. It is illegal to drive past a  “ROAD CLOSED” sign or to move any construction barricades. Parking is not permitted on the street within the construction zone during working hours. Grove Street from S. Hickory Street to Superior Street will be closed while the bypass pumping is occurring.
Intersection of Trowbridge Drive and Willow Lawn Road
Schedule: April 2019 to June 2019
Description: The project includes reconstruction of the sanitary, water extension, storm sewer, street, and lighting.
April 29 th to May 3 rd : The contractor will be installing water main and water services.
Traffic Impacts: Intersection of Trowbridge Drive and Willow Lawn Road will be closed to through traffic. It is illegal to drive past a “ROAD CLOSED” sign or to move any construction barricades. Parking is not permitted on the street within the construction zone during working hours.
Hickory Street Bridge over West Branch of Fond du Lac River
Schedule: April 2019 through June 2019
Description: The bridge deck will be milled and overlaid which requires the closure of the bridge to vehicle and pedestrian travel.
April 29 th to May 3 rd : No work at this time.
Traffic Impacts: Hickory Street Bridge remains open to traffic.
