The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the theft of ski boats in what investigators say was a Craigslist scam. The Sheriff’s Office says its asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect associated with the theft of the Must-Skis ski boats. The Fond du Lac County Board is weighing in on Wisconsin’s redistricting process. The board has approved a resolution requesting enactment of a nonpartisan process for preparing legislative and congressional redistricting plans. The Fond du Lac city council has a new president. Brian Kolstad was elected council president at the council’s organizational meeting Tuesday evening. Councilmember Kay Miller was elected council vice president. Kolstad was re-elected to another term in the spring election and replaces Karen Merkel as council president.
