This is Tornado and Severe Weather Awareness Week in Wisconsin.  Wisconsin Emergency Management, the National Weather Service and Wisconsin Broadcasters Association are once again teaming up for  statewide tornado drills scheduled for Friday.  Waupun emergency management director B.J. (AP) — Some of the most powerful women in Wisconsin state government are coming together to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the state's ratification of the 19th Amendment.  Wisconsin was the first state in the country to ratify the amendment, which gave women the right to vote. MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Regulators have approved two solar farms that they say will more than quadruple Wisconsin's solar capacity.  The Public Service Commission approved the projects 2-0 on Thursday.  One farm near Two Rivers will have a 150-megawatt capacity.
