MILWAUKEE (AP) — Steelworkers at Harley-Davidson have overwhelmingly rejected a new contract offer, while machinists have accepted a deal.  United Steelworkers Local 2209 in the Milwaukee area and Local 460 in Tomahawk rejected the new deal Monday.   The current contract between steelworkers and Harley took effect in 2012 and was set to expire Monday. MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Authorities say an armed robber was foiled at a Madison, Wisconsin, convenience store when he cut the clerk's finger and her blood made it impossible to open the cash drawer with the register's computer screen.  The robbery occurred around 9:25 p.m. Monday at a 7-Eleven. A 23-year-old Beaver Dam man died early Tuesday morning when an SUV he was a passenger in drove off a bridge and landed upside down in the Beaver Dam River in downtown Beaver Dam.   The Beaver Dam Fire Department says Jared H.
