For only the second time since it was created, the 9/11 Never Forget Mobile exhibit is coming to Wisconsin. The Waupun Fire Department and Waupun Festivals say the exhibit will be on full display at Celebrate Waupun, June 29 and 30. Waupun Fire Chief B.J. DeMaa says the exhibit is contained in a high-tech 53-foot trailer. DeMaa says it seems hard to believe that this September marks 18 years since the terrorist attacks. “For our generation most of us will never forget where we were that day when we ended up hearing the news.” Nearly 3,000 people died on 9-11 including 343 firefighters and 60 police officers. The exhibit will be open from noon to 8pm on June 29 and 30. Admission is free.
