County Road V from Pioneer Road to Fond du Lac Avenue
Pioneer Road from Sherwood Boulevard to Wedgewood Road
Schedule: April 2019 through October 2019
Description of work: The project includes reconstruction of the water main and services and partnership with Fond du Lac County for new storm sewer, street, pedestrian trail, and lighting.
May 13-May 17: The contractor will be completing the installation of the water main on Pioneer Road west  and east of County Road V.
Traffic impacts: County Road V from Fond du Lac Avenue and Pioneer Road is closed to through traffic. Additionally, Pioneer Road from Sherwood Blvd to Wedgewood Lane is closed to through traffic. Residents,  business owners, and customers may access properties past “ROAD CLOSED – LOCAL TRAFFIC ONLY” signs. It is illegal to drive past a “ROAD CLOSED” sign or to move any construction barricades. Parking is not permitted on the street during working hours.
Project Detour: North on Fond du Lac Avenue to South on Martin Avenue to west on Pioneer Road.
East Cotton Street from North Park Avenue to McKinley Street
Schedule: May 2019 through September 2019
Description: The project includes reconstruction of the sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, street, and lighting.
May 13 to May 17 : Alliant Energy’s subcontractor will be working in this area for gas main and service relocation.
Traffic Impacts: East Cotton Street remains open to traffic.
McKinley Street from Rose Avenue to Stow Street
Schedule: May 2019 through September 2019
Description: The project includes reconstruction of the sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, street, and lighting.
May 13 to May 17 : The utility contractor will be installing sanitary sewer main and water main north of Arndt Street.
Traffic Impacts: Traffic Impacts: McKinley Street is closed to through traffic. Residents, business owners, and customers may access properties past “ROAD CLOSED – LOCAL TRAFFIC ONLY” signs. It is illegal to driv e past a “ROAD CLOSED” sign or to move any construction barricades. Parking is not permitted on the street within the construction zone during working hours.
Stow Street from McKinley Street to Roosevelt Street
Schedule: May 2019 through September 2019
Description: The project includes reconstruction of the sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, street, and lighting.
May 13 to May 17 : The Utility Contractor will be installing sanitary sewer main and water main.
Traffic Impacts: Stow Street is closed to through traffic. Residents, business owners, and customers may access properties past “ROAD CLOSED – LOCAL TRAFFIC ONLY” signs. It is illegal to drive past a “ROAD CLOSED” sign or Media Advisory  to move any construction barricades. Parking is not permitted on the street within the construction zone during working hours.
Roosevelt Street from Rose Avenue to Arndt Street
Schedule: May 2019 through July 2019
Description: The project includes reconstruction of the sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, street, and lighting.
May 13  to May 17 : The utility contractor will be installing water main.

Marquette Street from Arndt Street to McWilliams Street
Schedule: July 2019 through October 2019
Description: The project includes reconstruction of the sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, street, and  lighting.
May 13 to May 17 : No work at this time.
Traffic Impacts: Marquette Street remains open to traffic.
Grove Street from Superior Street to South Military Road
Schedule: April 2019 to June 2019
Description: The project includes reconstruction of the sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, street, and lighting.
May 13 to May 17 : The contractor may be removing pavement, driveway approaches, sidewalk, grading and  placing gravel base by weeks end.
Traffic Impacts: Grove Street is closed to through traffic. Residents, business owners, and customers may access  properties past “ROAD CLOSED – LOCAL TRAFFIC ONLY” signs. It is illegal to drive past a “ROAD CLOSED” sign or to move any construction barricades. Parking is not permitted on the street within the construction zone during working hours.
Tompkins Street from Superior Street to Termini
Schedule: April 2019 to June 2019
Description: The project includes reconstruction of the sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, street, and lighting.
May 13 to May 17 : The grading contractor will be removing pavement, drive approaches, sidewalk, excavating the roadway and placing gravel.
Traffic Impacts: Tompkins Street from the railroad tracks to Superior Street is closed to through traffic. Residents may access properties past “ROAD CLOSED – LOCAL TRAFFIC ONLY” signs. It is illegal to drive past a “ROAD CLOSED” sign or to move any construction barricades. Parking is not permitted on the street within the construction zone during working hours.
Intersection of Trowbridge Drive and Willow Lawn Road
Schedule: April 2019 to June 2019
Description: The project includes reconstruction of the sanitary, water extension, storm sewer, street, and lighting.
May 13 to May 17 : The grading contractor will be removing pavement, excavating the roadway and placing gravel base.
Traffic Impacts: Intersection of Trowbridge Drive and Willow Lawn Road is closed to through traffic. It is illegal to drive past a “ROAD CLOSED” sign or to move any construction barricades. Parking is not permitted on the street within the construction zone during working hours.
Hickory Street Bridge over West Branch of Fond du Lac River
Schedule: May 2019 through June 2019
Description: The bridge deck will be milled and a new overlay installed which requires the closure of the bridge to vehicle and pedestrian travel.
May 13 to May 17 : The contractor will begin placing concrete on the bridge deck mid-week.
Traffic Impacts: Hickory Street Bridge will be closed to traffic and pedestrian access. Follow the signed detour  which is South Bound (SB) – Western Ave. to N. Brook Street to S. Military and North Bound (NB) is the reverse  order of SB.
East Second Street Bridge over DeNeveu Creek
Schedule: May 2019 through June 2019
Description: The contractor will begin surface repairs on the bridge deck and sidewalk. After this work is completed, an epoxy overlay will be placed which is scheduled to begin June. The first phase of this work is expected to be completed under a shoulder closure or a single lane stop condition. This will restrict vehicle access across the bridge but still are able to cross, however pedestrian access will be closed for a few weeks as the majority of the repair work is on the sidewalk. The second phase will close the bridge and the sidewalk to access.
May 13 to May 17 : The contractor will begin the surface repair work
Traffic Impacts: E. Second Street Bridge will remain open to at least one lane of traffic but closed to pedestrian  access for phase 1 work and will be closed to both vehicle and pedestrian access during phase 2.
