A Beaver Dam woman has died from her injuries suffered in a two vehicle crash in Dodge County. The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office says 71 year old Marjorie Hannon of Beaver Dam was pronounced dead at UW Hospital in Madison. She was a passenger that was involved in a collision Thursday afternoon at the intersection of Dodge County Highways A and C in the town of Fox Lake. The drivers of the vehicles received non life-threatening injuries. The victim was in a vehicle that was struck by a truck that failed to stop for a stop sign.

A house fire near New Holstein claimed the life of a child. Shortly after 2am Wednesday firefighters were called to the scene on Honeymoon Hill Road near County Road T. A child in the home was pronounced dead at a hospital. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
