MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Public records show that Wisconsin's Democratic Lt. Gov. MADISON, Wis. (AP) — The Wisconsin Republican Party has released a report detailing internal operational problems during the 2018 campaign.  The 15-page report released Monday faulted the party for outsourcing too much work to consultants and ignoring the grassroots.  The report was conducted by U.S. Sen. (AP) — More people are dying in Wisconsin, but the state's growing elderly population is living longer.  Those are two findings of the annual death report from the Wisconsin Department of Health Services. MADISON, Wis. (AP) — A software company is trying to persuade the state Claims Board to hand over $14.3 million for work building a new system tracking retirement benefits.  The Department of Employee Trust Funds entered into a $27.1 million contract with Vitech Systems Group, Inc., in 2014. 5-14-19 dodge county fatal traffic crash victim identified
