MILWAUKEE (AP) — Milwaukee has reached an agreement with Bird Rides Inc. over the electric scooters the company released on the city's streets last summer. ELLINGTON, Wis. (AP) — Authorities in east-central Wisconsin say a 10-year-old child riding in a car has died in a collision with a school bus.  The crash happened around 8 a.m. Thursday.  Officials say a pickup going westbound on Highway 15 in Ellington was stopped for traffic. Fond du Lac Saint Mary’s Springs Ledgers head football coach Bob  Hyland has been named  Coach of the Year at the Wisconsin High School Sports Awards show in Appleton.   Hyland led the Ledgers to an undefeated 14-0 season and D5 state championship for the second straight year with a 20-17 vicgtory over Stratford in the title game at Camp Randall Stadium in Madison.   Under Hyland the program has won a […]

Groundbreaking ceremonies were held Wednesday afternoon for the long awaited Highway 23 expansion project.  Elected officials and community leaders gathered at the historic Wade House in Greenbush for the ceremony.   Starting this month construction will begin on the 19 mile stretch to widen Highway 23 to four lanes between Plymouth and Fond du lac.  The first segment will go from Sheboygan County Highway P to the Fond du lac-Sheboygan County […]
