(AP) — A new report by an independent actuarial firm says expanding Medicaid in Wisconsin would lower premiums on the individual health insurance market between 7% and 11%.  The report released Tuesday was prepared for the state insurance commissioner. 5-7-19 oshkosh bar destroyed by fire

OSHKOSH, Wis. (AP) — An Oshkosh bar has been destroyed by an early morning fire.  Firefighters responded to Mabel Murphy's bar about 1:45 a.m. Tuesday but couldn't save the building.  Authorities are still investigating the cause of the fire but believe it might have started in a neighboring apartment building. The apartment residents got out safely.
