5-28-19 memorial day ceremony at fdl’s veterans park

Hundreds of Fond du Lac residents lined Main Street and gathered at Veterans Park to honor those who died while serving the country in the military.  Fond du Lac County executive Al Buechel told the crowd that every day when he enters the government center to go to work, he walks by the plaque listing the names of 322 Fond du Lac County residents who made the ultimate sacrifice, including four of his friends.
