Bart Starr, the gentlemanly quarterback and catalyst of Vince Lombardi's powerhouse Green Bay Packers teams of the 1960s whose sneak won the famed "Ice Bowl" in 1967, died Sunday. BARRON, Wis. (AP) — The family of Jayme Closs says they are satisfied that the man who kidnapped her and killed her parents will be spending the rest of his life in prison.  Jake Patterson was sentenced Friday to life in prison without release. 5-27-19 oshkosh police investigating inmate escape

Oshkosh Police are investigating the escape of  an inmate from Mercy Hospital last week.  Police say the inmate, Martin Fitzgerald, was ultimately located and taken into custody.  Police say Fitzgerald  had been at  the hospital last Thursday afternoon when he assaulted a DOC correctional officer  and escaped from their custody.  Police say about a half hour later they received a report that  a male attempted to steal a vehicle.  Fitzgerald […]
