5-23-19 fdl council expresses support for building new lakeside park pavilion

The Fond du Lac city council has reached consensus to move forward with building a new pavilion at Lakeside Park minus a balcony.   Meeting as a Committee of the Whole Wednesday night the council expressed support for the new pavilion, as opposed to remodeling the existing structure.  Council president Brian Kolstad says removing the balcony from the construction plans will alleviate any concerns about handicap accessibility and save money.  "I […]
