A former Waupun resident has been sentenced to prison for filing false tax returns. Forty eight year old Kimberly Bagneski was sentenced to a year in prison and ordered to pay more than $84,000 in restitution. Bagneski was accused of filing at least 20 false tax returns with the IRS.
A nagging shoulder injury has forced Fond du Lac ultracyclist Dave Haase to end his quest to finish the grueling Race Across America.
