An Excessive Heat Warning is now in effect for all of southern Wisconsin today and tonight. The heat index will climb to 105 to 110 this afternoon, only dropping into the upper 70s to mid 80s for tonight.   The morning thunderstorms will diminish quickly with dry weather expected through the afternoon.
