8-2-19 fdl relay for life

Thousands of people will gather at Fond du Lac’s Lakeside Park  Friday evening for the 25^th annual Fond du Lac Relay for Life.   The event raises money in the fight against cancer.  American Cancer Society’s Katie McCormick says last year’s Relay for Life raised more than $184,000.  “There’s so much dedication from the community of Fond du lac in supporting this event and the American Cancer Society for the last 25 years, ”  McCormick told WFDL news.   Money raised goes to the American Cancer Society to support cancer research, education, information and patient services and advocacy.
