COLUMBIA, Mo. (AP) — A Wisconsin man has been charged with second-degree murder in the death of a missing Missouri woman. Alcohol and speed appear to be factors into a car crashing into a home in Columbus over the weekend. The Columbia County Sheriff’s Office says a vehicle was traveling north on Highway 89 and failed to navigate a turn in the road, sending the vehicle crashing into the victim’s home.
