U.S. Senator Tammy Baldwin says extreme weather caused by climate change has impacted Fond du Lac and surrounding communities in recent years,  stretching city and county budgets thin.  The Democratic senator met with county officials Thursday about the resources they need to help their communities withstand extreme weather events.   Baldwin says there needs to be more efficient use of federal disaster funds.

A Fond du Lac man who allegedly sexually assaulted a woman when she was unconscious has been convicted of felony stalking.  As part of a plea agreement 32 year old Aaron Lemay entered an Alford Plea to two counts of felony stalking.  An Alford plea means the defendant does not admit guilt, but acknowledges there is enough evidence for a conviction.   One count of second degree sexual assault and one count of fourth degree sexual assault […]
