MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Gov. 10-8-19 dnr detects pfas contamination in wisconsin creeks, rivers

MADISON, Wis. 10-7-19 fdl county flooded road damage

The Fond du Lac County Emergency Management director says preliminary damage  to Fond du Lac County roads from last week’s flooding total approximately $40,000.  Bobbie Hicken says most of the damage consists of washed out culverts, and some roads are still closed until they can be repaired.  Hicken says some municipalities may be eligible for partial reimbursement for repair work through the Wisconsin Disaster Fund.

The City of Fond du Lac Water Utility has scheduled bi-annual citywide  unidirectional water main flushing to begin on Monday, October 21 st , 2019.  The schedule for the flushing is as follows: Monday – Northeast Section, Tuesday – Southeast, Wednesday – Southwest and Northwest.
