The Gottfried Prairie and Arboretum is holding a Halloween hike Saturday night.  The family friendly hike will take place on a trail that is accessible for strollers and wheelchairs.  The hike is from 7pm to 9pm at the UW Fond du Lac campus.

10-18-19 longtime area radio announcer tom biolo dies

RadioPlus employees are in a state of shock and are mourning  the loss of a longtime friend and member of the radio station family.   Tom Biolo died at his cabin in northern Wisconsin this week from an apparent heart attack.  He was 61.   Biolo leaves behind his wife Lynn and two grown sons, Bobby and Brian.    A little less than two years ago Biolo’s son Paul died in a traffic crash.    […]

10-18-19 wisconsin unemployment rate up

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Wisconsin's unemployment rate ticked up for the fourth straight month and is up nearly half a point since May.  The state Department of Workforce Development reported Thursday that unemployment in September was 3.2%.
